Test unit for dynamic strength, 2m/s

This test bench, to test the dynamic resistance of toys, is composed of:

• 1 Mechanically welded and painted chassis, on 4 leveling feet to be fixed to the ground
  • 1 Geared motor
  • 1 Encoder for closed-loop speed control (2.0 ± 0.2) m/s, with progressive acceleration.
  • 1 Cable reel on bearings
  • 1 Cable ø 4 mm, length 12 m
  • 1 Protective casing
• A Unit guiding the toy during the test must be anchored to the floor of your workshop
  • 2 Lateral guidance devices, with adjustable center distance
  • 1 End of traction detection sensor to obtain a free run when the toy reaches the non-resilient step
  • 1 Non-resilient step, height (50 ± 2) mm
