Test unit for dynamic strength, 2m/s

This test bench, for testing the dynamic strength of toys, is composed of:

• 1 painted welded frame and aluminium profiles, mounted on 12 leveling feet to be anchored to the ground
  • 1 Motor drive
  • 1 Clutch
  • 1 Encoder for closed-loop speed control, (2.0±0.2) m/s, with progressive acceleration
  • 1 Stop area with 2 hydaulic shock aborbers
  • 1 Mobile traction trolley, belt-driven
• A 50 mm high step to be anchored to the floor
  • 1 Non-resilient step, with a height of (50 ± 2) mm
  • 1 Module with laser sensor for calculating the speed before impact, when the toy is in free-running mode.
